How protective are your cases?
- The back part of our cases is made with TPU, which provides a great protection and resilience from abrasions happening. The edges are made with PC material, which doesn't create any bulkiness, but a good fit and lightweightness.
What should I do if I received the wrong product or a defective product?
- Please contact our Customer Service team in the span time of 48 hours after the arrival of your order.
How do I clean the edges of my case when they get dirty?
- You can clean them with a wet cloth and put a sufficient amount of soap to the wet cloth. Then, rub carefully the surface of the edges until the dirt comes off. Remember to take the case off your phone first!
The buttons of my case is a little too tight-fitting.. What should I do?
- Because the case is indeed brand new, the buttons might be a little compressed. You can stretch the case targeting the buttons for a sufficient amount of seconds, and repeat the process until you reach your desirable comfort.

What should I do when it said my order has arrived, meanwhile it hasn't?
- We suggest checking your neighbors and visiting your local postal services. This can happen when the delivery courier checked your product too early than the actual arrival, or your item might be sent at the wrong location.
If your item is still nowhere to be found after marked "delivered" for 3 days, please contact us immediately.
Can I perform any changes towards my order after transaction?
- Doing any changes towards order is not very recommended, as your product would usually be shipped 24 hours after the order's placement. So, you need to immediately contact us before the span time of 24 hours after the transaction of your order.

How long does shipping take?
- Shipping time is customized according to the area you live, as we ship worldwide, there would be some time span difference.
It has been 24 hours since my order's placement. When is my item going to arrive?
- Your item will arive in the span time of 7-9 business days. We would immediately send an email containing a tracking number for you to check your order. The tracking might need 1-3 business days until it can show any information about your delivery status.
Why does my tracking link doesn't show any updates about my order?
- The tracking link can take 2-3 days to show any more updates. So, there's nothing wrong with your order. You don't need to worry as it would still arrive, soon.
